Tan Sri Ong Leong Huat @ Wong Joo Hwa (“Tan Sri Ong”), is the Executive Chairman of the Company. He was the former Group Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of the Company and was re-designated as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 4 May 2007. Tan Sri Ong was then re-designated as the Chief Executive Officer/ Group Managing Director on 9 November 2012 and re-designated as Executive Chairman on 19 April 2017. He is also a Key Senior Management team member of the Company. He has led the Company from a small stockbroking company and expanded its reach into diversified business interests in property development and investment, construction, industries, hospitality, and financial services.
Tan Sri Ong holds a Capital Markets and Services Representative’s license issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia under the Capital Markets and Services Act, 2007 for dealing in securities. Tan Sri Ong was a Director of Malaysian Exchange of Securities Dealing and Automated Quotation (MESDAQ) from July 1999 to March 2002, a member of the Capital Market Advisory Council appointed by the Securities Commission Malaysia in 2004 to advise on issues relating to the implementation of the Capital Market Master Plan. He was previously a member of the Securities Market Consultative Panel of Bursa Malaysia.
Since 1969, Tan Sri Ong was attached to a leading financial institution where he last held the position of Senior General Manager. He became the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of OSK Securities Berhad (which was later known as OSK Investment Bank Berhad) from July 1985 to January 2007 and was thereafter appointed as the Group Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of OSK Investment Bank Berhad. Tan Sri Ong was then re-designated as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of OSK Investment Bank Berhad (which was later known as OSKIB Sdn. Bhd.) on 18 January 2011, a position he held until 30 April 2013.
In 2003, Tan Sri Ong also established OSK Ventures International Berhad (“OSK Ventures”), a venture capital company based in Malaysia. OSK Ventures subsequently supported and incubated a number of successful technology companies in Malaysia, many of which were groomed from start-ups to be subsequently listed on various stock exchanges. He was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of OSK Ventures from December 2003 to April 2010 and re-appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director from February 2013 to April 2017. Ong Ju Yan (“Mr. Ong”), was appointed to the Board of the Company on 9 October 2015 as the Deputy Group Managing Director and was re-designated as Group Managing Director on 19 April 2017. He is a member of Sustainability Committee. He is also a Key Senior Management team member of the Company.
Mr. Ong graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University in 2001 and currently serves as Yale’s Alumni Schools Committee Director for Malaysia.
Mr. Ong has over 22 years of experience in business management, with a focus on financial services. He began his career working for Citibank Malaysia and Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, New York and Singapore.
In 2004, he joined OSK Investment Bank Berhad (“OSKIB”) in Malaysia where he last held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investment Banking. He was a key senior management team member who helped to build up OSKIB’s regional business through acquisitions and strategic organic growth throughout ASEAN and in Hong Kong.
Following the disposal of OSKIB by the Company to RHB Capital Berhad in November 2012, Mr. Ong joined RHB Investment Bank Berhad as Executive Director and Head of Group Corporate and Investment Banking Services, where he managed the investment banking origination and wholesale equities businesses until April 2015.
Mr. Ong is also an Executive Director of PJ Development Holdings Berhad and OSK Property Holdings Berhad and a Director of KE-ZAN Holdings Berhad, OCC Cables Berhad and SGI Vacation Club Berhad.

Mr. Ong holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of London, United Kingdom and a Master of Philosophy in Land Economy from University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
Mr. Ong has worked with multinational corporations across a variety of industries namely corporate restructuring with Ernst & Young, consumer banking with HSBC, investment banking with Credit Suisse and management consulting with Accenture. His experience in the various fields expands to management consulting in the process and systems re-engineering of financial institutions, real estate investment banking, private fund raising, REITS IPO, financial valuation, modelling and analysis, personal financial services, banking product development and management as well as corporate restructuring advisory services.
Since 2009, Mr. Ong has been instrumental to the development and achievements of OSK Property. He continues to provide strategic leadership and helm the overall property and construction pillars for the Group. Mr. Ong is also an Executive Director of PJ Development Holdings Berhad and OSK Property Holdings Berhad and a Director of KE-ZAN Holdings Berhad.

Dato’ Saiful Bahri bin Zainuddin (“Dato’ Saiful Bahri”), was appointed to the Board of the Company on 9 October 2015 as an Executive Director. He is also a Key Senior Management team member of the Company.
Dato’ Saiful Bahri graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Finance from Western Michigan University, United States of America in 1985, and has attended the Global Leadership Development Programme at Stanford University, United States of America and Financial Institutions Directors Education Programme (FIDE) in 2018.
Currently, Dato’ Saiful Bahri’s other directorships are Independent Non-Executive Director of KAF Investment Bank Berhad where he chairs the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and sits on KAF Investment Board, Audit Committee and Risk Committee. He is the Chairman of PT KAF Securitas Indonesia. He also sits on the Investment Committee Board of Eastspring Investments Berhad. He was also appointed to the Board of Eastspring Investments Berhad on 20 June 2022. He was the Financial Adviser to the State Government of Negeri Sembilan, a member of the Negeri Sembilan State Government Think Tank, an Audit Committee Member for Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM).

Dato’ Thanarajasingam Subramaniam (“Dato’ Thanarajasingam”), was appointed to the Board of the Company on 19 April 2016 as an Independent Non-Executive Director and re-designated as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director on 25 May 2018. He is the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Sustainability Committee. He is also a member of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Company.
Dato’ Thanarajasingam graduated from University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Arts in 1973 and also holds a Master of Arts from New York University in 1985.
Dato’ Thanarajasingam has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. He has served as a Malaysian diplomat for more than 36 years including as Malaysian Ambassador to Brazil, Venezuela, Suriname and Guyana from 1998 to 2001 and Ambassador to France and Portugal from 2006 to 2010. He was previously the Chief of Staff to the President of the United Nations General Assembly in 1997. After being the Director-General of ASEAN Malaysia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2003 to 2004, he rose to become the Deputy Secretary-General for Multilateral Affairs from 2004 to 2006.
Upon his retirement from the Malaysian Foreign Service in 2010, he became a Director of OSK Investment Bank Berhad from 2010 to 2011. He was also the Malaysian Eminent Person to the ASEAN-India Eminent Persons Group from 2010 to 2012 and also served as Commissioner at the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission from 2010 to 2013. He had also spent three years, beginning 2013 as Advisor, Tan Chong Motor Holdings and as member of the Ambassadorial Advisory Panel, InvestKL until 2019.
Dato’ Thanarajasingam had also sat on MRCB Quill Management Board for three years, completing his term in January 2019. He has also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of OSK Ventures International Berhad from 2013 to 2023. Leong Keng Yuen (“Mr. Leong”), is the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. He was appointed to the Board of the Company on 25 May 2018. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Company.
Mr. Leong retired as a partner of Ernst & Young Malaysia at the end of 2005. He has over 30 years of involvement in the accounting profession.
Mr. Leong is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Mr. Leong holds a Master of Science in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from University of Queensland, Australia.
Mr. Leong is currently a Director of The Perak Chinese Welfare Association and a Trustee of Datin Seri Ting Sui Ngit Foundation. In 2023, he retired as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of OSK Ventures International Berhad.

Wong Wen Miin (“Ms. Wong”), is the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. She was appointed to the Board of the Company on 1 July 2021. Ms. Wong is a member of the Risk Management Committee, Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
Ms. Wong graduated with Bachelor of Science in Resource Economics from University Putra Malaya in 1983. She then obtained her Diploma in Public Administration and completed an Advanced Leadership Management Programme from National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) Malaysia in 1989 and 2011 respectively. She also completed her Masters in Economics from University of Malaya in 2006.
Ms. Wong began her career in the Government beginning in the Ministry of Works Malaysia in July 1983 until November 1988 when she joined the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (“MoF”). Throughout her 30 years of service with the MoF, she was actively involved in policy making with Central Bank Malaysia, Securities Commission Malaysia and relevant government agencies in spearheading The Insurance Act 1996, Financial Services Act 2013 and Islamic Financial Services Act 2013. She served in several positions as Senior Principal Assistant Secretary (Privatisation and MKD Companies Unit), Division Deputy Secretary (Market Loans and Procurement) and Division Deputy Secretary (Regulatory and Actuary), all in Loan Management, Financial Market and Actuary Division. She also served in the Housing Loan Division as Division Deputy Secretary (Operation and Finance Sector) and Strategic Investment Division as Deputy Under Secretary (Investment Evaluation Sector) MoF. Prior to her retirement, Ms. Wong held the position of Deputy Director General (Special Projects) in Public Private Partnership Unit, Prime Minister’s Department from February 2017 to June 2018. During her tenure with the Malaysian civil service, Ms. Wong received accolades for her meritorious service to the country including the Federal awards of Kesatria Mangku Negara and Johan Setia Mahkota from DYMM Yang Di Pertuan Agong. She was also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Ecobuilt Holdings Berhad, DXN Holdings Berhad and Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad.

Puan Farah Deba Binti Mohamed Sofian (“Puan Farah”), was appointed to the Board of the Company on 15 December 2022 as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Puan Farah is a member of the Risk Management Committee and Audit Committee of the Company.
Puan Farah graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia with Legum Baccalaureus (LL.B) and also holds a Master of Laws from King’s College, University of London.
Puan Farah is an Advocate & Solicitor currently a partner with Messrs Wong Lu Peen & Tunku Alina. Puan Farah started her practice in Messrs Zaid Ibrahim & Co. from 1993 to 2003. She then established her own practice as Farah Deba & Associates before she was invited to join her current firm. Backed by 30 years of active legal practice, apart from corporate, commercial, real estate, banking, construction, infrastructural and intellectual property work, Puan Farah’s current special focus is in private wealth, inheritance and succession industry advising families across generations. Puan Farah is a registered member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioner (“STEP”), a global professional body comprising lawyers, trustees and other practitioners that help Muslim and non-Muslim families, business and wealth owners across multiple jurisdictions and generations plan for their futures. Puan Farah is the current STEP Malaysia Branch Chairperson.

Puan Mazidah binti Abdul Malik (“Puan Mazidah”), was appointed to the Board of the Company on 1 September 2024 as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Puan Mazidah is the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and a member of the Sustainability Committee of the Company.
Puan Mazidah has over 30 years’ experience working at Bank Negara Malaysia, with extensive experience trading and investing in global bond markets. She has also served in several departments at the central bank and has acquired experience in economics policy making, risk management, communications and international relations.
Puan Mazidah had stints at the Bank’s London office in 1992, trading in European markets and was assigned to the New York office for three (3) years as Representative in 1994. In 2001, she was assigned to Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority with a key role to promote Labuan as a choice offshore jurisdiction. In 2006, she was also the pioneer central bank team to serve International Centre for Education in Islamic finance to promote Islamic finance post graduate programmes particularly to Middle East countries.
Since 2016, Puan Mazidah has attended board development and training programmes in the areas of corporate governance, anti-money laundering, risk management in technology, compliance, cyber risks, climate change and sustainability.

Chong Boon joined the OSK Group in 2002. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of OSK Property Australia, the developer of Melbourne Square in Southbank, Victoria, Australia. Melbourne Square is one of the largest mixed-use development projects in the state of Victoria, with total gross development value of over AUD2.8 billion. Chong Boon held various senior leadership positions in the OSK Group before assuming his current role in 2019, including Chief Operating Officer responsible for the Group’s Corporate Strategy, Chief Financial Officer of OSK Investment Bank, Chief Operating Officer of OSK Investment Bank and Director of Corporate & Legal Affairs of OSK Investment Bank.
Prior to joining the Group, Chong Boon spent 10 years in the Business Consulting and Corporate Finance practices at Arthur Andersen (Malaysia), where he participated in and later led M&A, corporate finance and financial consulting client engagements. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Western Michigan University, USA.

Datuk Hoe Mee Ling (“Datuk Hoe”), was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, OSK Property Investment on 20 January 2025.
With nearly three decades of expertise in the property industry, she has led residential, commercial, and industrial developments, while also being skilled in management practices and strategic business partnerships.
Datuk Hoe began her career with IOI Property Berhad. She joined S P Setia Berhad in 1997, spearheading the company’s township and business park projects, and overseeing the group’s developments in Singapore and international sales office in Jakarta. She ultimately held the role of Divisional General Manager. In 2014, she moved to Eco World Development Group Berhad, continuing to excel in her area of expertise. Projects under her leadership have received multiple accolades from both FIABCI Malaysia and its International Chapters.
Datuk Hoe is the first woman to be appointed as Johor’s state Chairman of the Real Estate & Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (REHDA). She is also the Secretary-General of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Malaysia.

Soh Choon Guan (“Mr. Soh”) was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of OSK Construction on 1 July 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Technology (Honours) in Construction Management and has, to date, more than 30 years of experience in the construction and property development industry in construction and project management.
He specialises in building construction and management for both commercial and residential construction activities including, high-rise luxury condominiums in Malaysia, from project planning to execution.
Some iconic projects completed under his leadership include The Eaton Residences for GSH Singapore; Central Mall, i-City for Central Pattana Group (Thailand); and The Mews (Residences) for Eastern & Oriental.

Mr. Tio Jun Lim (“Mr. Tio”) currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Financing, Malaysia, a position he assumed on 15 October 2024. Prior to this, he was appointed as Director/Head of Corporate Strategy of OSK Group in October 2019, and from 19 November 2021 Mr Tio also held the role of Chief Sustainability Officer.
Mr. Tio began his career with PwC Consulting before joining IBM in October 2002. He was with IBM until 2009 where his last position held was Senior Managing Consultant. In December 2009, Mr. Tio joined OSK Investment Bank Berhad as Head, Business Process and thereafter, joined RHB Investment Bank Berhad following the completion of its merger with OSK Investment Bank Berhad in November 2012. Mr. Tio rejoined OSK Group as Director/ Head, Business Process in September 2014.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and a member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accounts (MICPA).

Ms. Yeoh Peik Hong (“Ms. Yeoh”), was appointed as Chief Operating Officer, OSK Supplies on 1 September 2019.
Ms. Yeoh obtained her Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“ICSA”) professional qualification from London, United Kingdom in 1999. In 2002, she was elected Associate of ICSA, London. She also holds a Diploma in Business Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman College.
Ms. Yeoh began her career with Progress & Precision Sdn. Bhd. in 1998 and subsequently to other companies involved in management services and trading. She has been involved in all facets of human resources and corporate secretarial assignments and appointed as a Company Secretary of Willowglen MSC Berhad from 26 February 2008 to 30 September 2013. Mr. Ting Chun Hong, Ivan (“Mr. Ting”) was appointed the Chief Operating Officer of SGI Vacation Club Berhad on 1 January 2013 and was subsequently appointed the Chief Executive Officer on 1 December 2014. On 20 May 2020, he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer by overseeing SGI & Hotels Property.

Mr. Foo was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2008 followed by the Malaysian Bar in 2010.
